US Copyright Registration

Peace of mind is significant; registering your work with the U.S. Copyright Office gives you a record of your ownership of the material... With the U.S. Copyright Registration service, Sweetspire Literature Management will complete and submit the necessary paperwork to the U.S. Copyright Office with your book copy. Once registration is complete, you will receive an official certificate verifying your book’s coverage under U.S. Copyright regulations.

 

Steps/fulfilment timeline:

 

Copyright forms are completed and sent to the U.S. Copyright Office with a copy of your book.

It takes 6 to 12 months for the author to receive the completed Certificate of Registration from the copyright office. Sweetspire Literature Management will receive a digital notification when the certificate is sent.
